Mike began his career in the Atlanta homebuilding market in 1986 when he started a flooring company that grew into one of the largest builder-flooring providers in the Atlanta marketplace. An energetic people-leader with a passionate drive for excellence, he’s enjoyed significant success in Atlanta real estate for decades, with several successful real estate development and construction projects in the Atlanta Metro. Led by a passion for both people and the homebuilding industry, Mike founded Mission Homes to provide clients a home buying experience that emphasizes, quality, value and reliability.

While enjoying business success for decades, Mike is also passionate about serving others and “giving back” to the community that has given so much to him. He’s enjoyed roles on several non-profit boards, served as President of North Atlanta Rotary Club, and been a part of several organizations that serve those in need both locally and globally.

Mike and his wife Christina have three adult children and two grandsons.

Michael has been helping families buy, sell, and invest in real estate in the metro Atlanta area for over 3 years. Michael currently serves as Project Manager for Mission Homes, where he oversees every step of the project from initial concept to completion.

Michael is the son of, Mission Homes Founders’, Mike and Christina Reinsel. Michael’s interest in homebuilding began at a young age as he witnessed his father’s impact in the industry and in the community. When asked to join the Mission Homes team, Michael jumped at the opportunity to learn and grow under the models and systems developed by his father.

Michael is pursuing his General Contractors License and plans to use this to further the reach and influence of Mission Homes.

Michael is a fellow Georgia Bulldog, an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan, and enjoys giving back and serving others.

I am fortunate that my passion, experience, and expertise collide with my professional career in Atlanta, GA.

My interest in real estate was piqued over 15 years ago when I began buying, renovating, and selling homes. A hobby and passion grew into both a personal and professional opportunity. In 2009 I decided I wanted to get my real estate license and begin helping others with the success I had enjoyed in real estate. My success is due in part to the number of strategic partnerships I have developed with developers, builders, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, etc.

I believe a Realtor® should possess the knowledge and determination to help strengthen the community they work in while remaining loyal and accountable to all involved throughout the transaction. Relationships are key to my success, as are my integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, strong work ethic, and a high-quality professional network. All of these are strong hallmarks of how I work and contribute to the success of my clients.

In my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener and good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
